‘This is awful’: Pros react to Cain Velasquez receiving prison time for attempted murder

Cain Velasquez has a brief stint behind bars forward of him and his fellow fighters are rallying behind him.

On Monday, the previous UFC heavyweight champion acquired his sentence for his involvement in a February 2022 capturing that noticed Velasquez concerned in a high-speed chase through which he fired a number of rounds from a handgun at a car carrying Harry Goularte. Goularte is at the moment awaiting his personal trial for fees of kid molestation, of which Velasquez’s 4-year-old son is allegedly a sufferer.
