Tabatha Ricci scored her greatest win but, ending Amanda Ribas within the second spherical of their strawweight scrap at UFC Abu Dhabi.
After a carefully contested first spherical, Ricci delivered a vicious elbow proper to Ribas’ eye socket within the second stanza that despatched Ribas crashing to the canvas. A number of ground-and-pound strikes later, the referee was compelled to step in and produce a cease to the bout.
Official Outcome: Tabatha Ricci def. Amanda Ribas through TKO (elbow to ground-and-pound) at 2:59 of Spherical 2.
With the win, Ricci climbs again into the win column and improves her total file to 12-3. It was her first end since March 2023.
