Nico Muller to make Porsche LMDh debut in Sebring 12 Hours

Newly-appointed Porsche manufacturing unit driver Nico Muller will make his maiden look on the wheel of the 963 LMDh on this weekend’s Sebring 12 Hours.

Muller will drive the #85 Porsche of buyer squad JDC-Miller within the second spherical of the IMSA SportsCar Championship at Sebring Worldwide Raceway, teaming up with Gianmaria Bruni and Tijmen van der Helm.

The Swiss driver joined Porsche’s work roster final yr to contest Formulation E with the Porsche-powered Andretti crew in 2025, however was at all times anticipated to get further sportscar outings on the again of his expertise within the World Endurance Championship with Peugeot.

Porsche had already given one other FE driver Pascal Wehrlein an opportunity to race the JDC-Miller-entered 963 LMDh within the season-opener at Daytona in January.

Wehrlein is primed to get the ultimate seat in Porsche three-car line-up for Le Mans, though Muller can also be understood to be in competition for the seat.
