Lewis Hamilton has paid a heartfelt tribute to his pal Kirstin, who cared for his late canine Roscoe whereas he was away racing in F1.
On Monday, Hamilton confirmed that Roscoe had handed away following a battle with pneumonia.
Roscoe had made common F1 paddock appearances through the years and was even granted his personal paddock move by former F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone.
Nonetheless, with Hamilton’s intense schedule, Roscoe was cared for and taken care of by Kirstin.

In a publish on his Instagram story, Hamilton thanked his “superb pal,” Kirstin, lauding her as a key purpose why Roscoe had such an extended life, exceeding the standard lifespan for a Bulldog.
Hamilton wrote: “I need you to take time to uplift my superb pal Kirstin. She educated each Roscoe and Coco and handled them like household. She helped take care of their well being and it’s actually via her that Roscoe lived so lengthy.
“Whereas I used to be travelling, she would care for him and liked him as if he was hers. She was there day by day, all day.
“Even with a household and different canines to take care of, she by no means missed a day. We stood collectively when letting Roscoe go. I’m so grateful to have had her in my life and Roscoe’s life. There may be no one such as you Kirstin. Thanks.”
F1 world rallies round Hamilton
Messages of sympathy and assist have flooded Lewis Hamilton following Roscoe’s passing.
Ferrari wrote: “So sorry to your loss, Lewis. Roscoe was a tremendous canine, and he won’t ever be forgotten.”
Former Mercedes teammate George Russell stated: “I’m so sorry to your loss mate.”
Hamilton’s former staff, Mercedes, commented: “Our ideas are with you, Lewis. Roscoe introduced a lot pleasure to those that met him and he’ll at all times be part of our household.”
McLaren, wrote: “Our ideas are with you, Lewis. Roscoe was a star of the paddock and might be missed.”
