England’s Jamie George suffers injury before Six Nations

England prop Jamie George limped out of Sarcens’ 32-24 defeat to Castres within the Champions Cup on Sunday, simply weeks earlier than the 2025 Six Nations match is about to start.

George was changed as England captain by Maro Itoje when Steve Borthwick introduced his squad for the annual match on Tuesday, and his participation now appears to be like unsure, though the extent of the damage is but to be decided.
