Marcus Armstrong, who beforehand labored with Lewis Hamilton’s physiotherapist Angela Cullen, returned to racing motion in IndyCar for the season-opener at St. Petersburg.

After leaving her function with Hamilton, Cullen was seen alongside fellow Kiwi Armstrong within the IndyCar paddock final 12 months.

Cullen had spent seven years working with Hamilton as his physiotherapist earlier than her shock exit forward of the 2023 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.

Armstrong fails to complete IndyCar opener

Armstrong’s first race of the 2025 IndyCar season ended prematurely as a result of a suspension concern.

Armstrong had certified effectively, securing fourth on the grid behind teammate Felix Rosenqvist.

He had led the race earlier than a brush with the barrier brought on suspension harm, forcing him to retire after he made a pit cease.

It was an encouraging weekend for him as he embarks on his second full season in IndyCar.

Armstrong completed 14th within the 2024 IndyCar standings with one podium end.
