British Touring Automotive Championship chief Tom Ingram admitted his reduction in rising from an incident packed reverse grid race ‘pretty unscathed’ after ending in second behind title rival Ash Sutton at Croft.
Having began the ultimate race of the day from second on the grid, Ingram instantly discovered himself within the thick of the motion after making an attempt a daring transfer across the exterior of West Surrey Racing’s Aiden Moffat through the opening sequence of corners.
