Xavi Vierge has undergone an operation on accidents sustained within the Czech WorldSBK.
The Honda rider was caught up in an incident involving Jonathan Rea and Alvaro Bautista on the weekend’s World Superbike Championship spherical.
Vierge crashed on the first chicane throughout Race 2 on Sunday at Most.
It was confirmed on Tuesday: “Honda HRC rider Xavi Vierge has efficiently undergone surgical procedure to deal with a number of fractures of the cuboid bone in his proper foot.
